Springfield, Ill. – The wife of Illinois' comptroller Dan Hynes is in a Chicago hospital for complications with her pregnancy.
Christina Hynes is expecting twins in November, but she experienced pre-term labor last week. She's on bed rest at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
Early labor symptoms mean the births could occur at any time, according to doctors.
Hynes is running for a third term and plans to work from his Chicago office for a while.
