St. Louis, MO – A St. Louis man is charged with aggravated assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon for allegedly shooting and wounding a St. Louis police officer. Patrick Moore was arrested last night at his girlfriend's house. The 22-year-old is jailed on $250,000 bond.

The shooting happened early Tuesday as 30-year-old undercover officer Justin Johnson and his partner sat in an unmarked car. Johnson was wounded in the upper left arm and left shoulder. He is in serious but stable condition following surgery. Johnson is the fourth city officer shot and wounded this year.

Meanwhile, police are still seeking at least two others involved in the shooting. Investigators aren't sure if the shooters knew the two were police officers.
