More than 200 leads in missing boy case

Beaufort, MO – Franklin County Sheriff Gary Toelke says police have received more than 200 leads in the case of a missing boy from Beaufort.

FBI profilers will compile a portrait today (Wednesday) of the person likely to have abducted Ben Ownby, who's been missing since soon after getting off a school bus on Monday.

Authorities are focusing on a white pickup truck seen near the spot where Ben disappeared. Ownby's father says neighbors saw a beat-up pickup cruising the area earlier Monday. A schoolmate saw what may have been the same truck speeding away about the time Ben disappeared.

An Amber Alert continues; Beaufort is about 60 miles southwest of St. Louis.
