St. Louis, MO – Former White House spokesman Ari Fleischer will speak at Powell Symphony Hall tonight (Thursday) and spend his time doing something he's used to: Answer questions.

The visit is part of the St. Louis Speakers' Series sponsored by Maryville University.

Fleischer spent more than two years as a spokesman for George W. Bush before stepping down in 2003.

He told KWMU's Maria Hickey that working for the White House was like getting to the Major Leagues.
