Potosi, MO – Attorneys for accused kidnapper Michael Devlin will try to win another change of venue today (Monday).

They've already been granted a change of venue in Franklin County, which is where Devlin is accused of kidnapping 13-year old Ben Ownby.

Now, they'll argue for a change of venue in Washington County, where Devlin is accused of kidnapping and trying to kill 15-year old Shawn Hornbeck. Both boys were found together in Devlin's apartment in Kirkwood earlier this year.

Devlin's attorneys say their client can't get an impartial jury because of all the attention from the case.
