Building the nation's first private commercial airport, in Branson

A group of private investors is developing a commercial airport in Branson, Missouri, creating the first privately developed and operated commercial airport in the country.

Branson hopes it will attract a lot more tourists, and has even agreed to give incentive payment to the investor group for every visitor who flies into the new airport.
