St. Louis, MO – Four city of St. Louis employees have been charged with felony theft for allegedly paving one of their personal driveways during work time.

The circuit attorney's office says that Paula Green-Stevens, a deputy city marshal, arranged to have three workers from the Steets Department pave a parking pad on her driveway while they were working in her neighborhood.

The value of the material, equipment and labor used in the paving was more than $1200.

Also arrested were Carl Campbell, Frederick Smith, and Antwaun McLemore
