St. Louis, MO – Photographer and writer Kyle Cassidy has spent the past two years asking people across the country on question: Why do you own a gun?
The result is a coffee-table book of 100 portraits of Americans in their homes with their guns; it's called "Armed America."
The book was released last month and includes more than a few Missourians.
Cassidy spoke with KWMU's Adam Allington.
