Council considers new MetroLink tax

St. Louis – The St. Louis County Council is considering a plan to put a sales tax proposal before voters.

It would be used to expand MetroLink to Florissant and West Port Plaza and operate the light rail system.

But critics say the agency that runs MetroLink cannot be trusted with the money it already has.
