St. Louis, MO. – Outside investors are taking an interest in Charter Communications.

Allen has provided the potential investors with information about Charter, but the company won't say more than that.
Charter also announced that its Chief Financial Officer Jeffrey Fisher is resigning. He will be replaced by Eloise Schmitz who is currently senior vice president for strategic planning.
