St. Louis – People in low-lying areas west of St. Louis spent the first day of spring filling sandbags and packing up their belongings.
Even though the weather system that dumped buckets of rain on the Midwest is long gone, a wet winter means the rivers are still rising. KWMU's Matt Sepic reports.
