Jefferson City, Mo – The Missouri Department of Transportation has a new video to help push for funds to rebuild Interstate 70.
The video shows how the layers of rock and soil underneath a highway crumble, even though the driving surface looks good. MoDOT says Interstate 70 is a good example of a road that's gone through its life cycle and now needs to be replaced.
MoDOT officials say several other states have requested permission to use the video.
