Additional arrests made in Maryland Heights Police Sgt. shooting

A 17-year-old and 16 year old juvenile are the two latest arrests in the Dec. 18 incident in which Maryland Heights Police sergeant Joe Eagan was shot in the face.

The 17-year-old, Marquise Lockhart, was arrested for one count of Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer in the First Degree, one count of Attempted Robbery in the First Degree and two counts of Armed Criminal Action. He's being held on a $250,000 bond.

According to a St. Louis County Police Department press release, Marquise's brother, Evan Lockhart, was arrested in relation to another incident on Dec. 31, but was also later linked to the shooting of Eagan.
