Having a conversation with Stan Chisholm is like looking through a kaleidoscope.
He seems somber and provocative. Then suddenly there’s a turn; oh wait, there’s a glimmer of humor. Another turn, and he’s somewhere in between.
Chisholm is a visual artist, musician and DJ who who sometimes performs under the name 18andCounting.His own writing is where most of his work begins. Some of the words linger in his mind to eventually become lyrics or text art. He talked about his process in St. Louis in a “Cut & Paste” conversation.
