When Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich was looking for ways to shore up the state's budget deficit, he turned to a familiar source: Gambling.
Casinos have been a recent target for bringing in more dollars to the state treasury. But with the governor talking about raising taxes on riverboats for the second straight year, some say the state is going to the well too often.
