St. Louis, MO – Another section of Forest Park Parkway is closed today. Big Bend to Skinker is now off limits to motorists. It's the second section of the parkway to close down since the extension construction began last month.
Last month, when construction began, crews closed down most of the Parkway west of Big Bend Blvd.
The project is expected to take about two years. Metrolink will eventually extend west from the Forest Park station to I-170 in Clayton, then south to Shrewsbury.
