Chicago, ILL. – Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich Sunday signed into law legislation that lets undocumented or non-citizens who graduate an Illinois high school to pay the lower, in-state tuition at public universities.
The measure specifically requires the students to have attended the high school for at least three years.
It also applies to rates at community colleges.
