Springfield, Ill. – Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich will address lawmakers in his first State of the State address today.
He's expected to talk about preschool for all children, prescription drug costs, and club drugs like ecstasy. Lawmakers hope he also addresses how to fill a huge budget deficit which could reach $5 billion.
The speech starts at noon on Wednesday. It will air live here on 90.7, KWMU.
