St. Louis, MO – People who live near the Normandie Golf Course near UM-St. Louis voiced concerns last night with the developer that wants to replace the course.
Taylor Morely Homes wants to build as many as 500 homes where the course stands. The course, along St. Charles Rock Road, is billed as the oldest west of the Mississippi.
Some people said the plan would change the character of their community. But the developer says he's committed to forming a project that the public will support. The land in question measures 118 acres
