The Illinois Legislature wrapped up its spring session early Sunday morning by approving a new state budget. It was a session dominated by talk of the state's financial problems.
In the end, Gov. Rod Blagojevich kept his promise to avoid raising the personal income or sales tax. But as Illinois Public Radio's Sean Crawford reports, the budget still has plenty of critics.
