Kansas City, MO – Strippers are at the center of a first amendment debate in Kansas City. A new state law raises the minimum age for nude dancers from 18 to 19.
But a federal judge Wednesday allowed a Kansas City bar to keep two 18-year old dancers employed for now. The judge says the new law appears to be a First Amendment violation.
