A legal battle is brewing over the Missouri River. Environmentalists and barge operators are each considering lawsuits against the Army Coprs of Engineers over what each feels is the agency's mismanagement of the river.
It's the latest turn in a controvery over the Missouri that began more than a decade ago. And as KWMU's Kevin Lavery reports, its outcome could have serious effects on both ecology and the economy.
