Starting today, Friday November 8th, there will be a new way of playing "Taps" at military funerals.
Missouri is the test state for a new bugle that plays the song without requiring musical ability.
As KWMU's Tom Weber reports, if the new bugles are a hit in Missouri, they could soon be used nationwide.
