St. Louis, MO – The costliest public improvement project ever launched in St. Louis is finally finished.
On Thursday, hundreds gathered at Lambert Airport to dedicate the new runway known as "W1W."
The $1 billion project is St. Louis' latest hope for attracting more business revenue. But the runway has brought financial and emotional devastation to some left in its wake. KWMU's Kevin Lavery reports.
