President Obama Nominates Lew For Treasury Secretary

President Obama announced his nomination of Jacob "Jack" Lew for the position of Secretary of the Treasury today.

Among other things, Lew's distinctive "loopy" signature has been a topic of discussion over the past few days. Why? The signature of the Secretary of Treasury appears on US currency.

Obama said today that he "could not think of a better person to take the job" than Lew. Here's more coverage from NPR.
