Richwoods, MO – The family of a missing 11-year-old boy in Richwoods says a motorist might have struck Shawn Hornbeck, and then tried to destroy the evidence.
Family members say an area woman gave them that information and when searchers went to site she identified, they found what appears to be human remains and blades of grass sprinkled with blood.
The woman said someone had gone to a house to fill containers with water to rinse away the bloodstains. Shawn vanished a month ago.
