By AP/KWMU

St. Charles – Jurors in St. Charles County are deciding the fate of a 75-year-old school volunteer convicted of child molestation.

Jurors Monday found Richard Sheridan of Weldon Spring guilty of having sexual contact with a student at a grade school in the Francis Howell School District.

Sheridan volunteered as part of a non-profit organization's community outreach program.

He was accused of inappropriately touching six girls in kindergarten through third grade.
