St. Louis, MO – Teachers in the St. Louis School District may walk out today, in protest of a contract that took effect just two months ago.

It's not sure how many teachers might stay away, but interim superintendent William Robert says the number could reach 200.

Union president Mary Armstrong is urging all teachers to report to work. Earier this school year, maintenance workers stayed off the job to protest their contract.
