St. Louis, MO. – Some Washington University graduates won't have their families with them at Friday's commencement.
The school asked relatives from SARS-stricken countries to stay home to prevent the possible spread of the disease.
But the Centers for Disease Control this week told colleges not to worry about visitors. Washington University officials say that word came too late to for them to reconsider.
