The Illinois father who walked with his daughter out of Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital on Sunday has been charged with two felonies as a result.

The St. Louis Circuit Attorney's office today charged 53-year-old Dana Jones with endangering the welfare of a child, and removing a child from state custody.

Missing 14 year-old girl found safe in Milwaukee

A 14-year-old Illinois girl whose departure from a St. Louis-area hospital on Sunday prompted a widespread search has been located unharmed at a hospital in Milwaukee.

Brittany Jones' non-custodial father, Dana Jones, reportedly removed the teen from Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, where she was being treated for complications from a 2010 kidney transplant.
