Job Listings

  • St. Louis Public Radio is looking for a thoughtful, skilled Senior Producer of On-Demand and Content Partnerships who will manage, support and expand the editorial, production and distribution efforts within STLPR’s burgeoning podcast space.

All St. Louis Public Radio internships pay an hourly wage of $11, along with the opportunity for college credit depending on the requirements of interns’ respective degree programs. Each internship averages a time commitment of 25 hours per week with opportunities for additional hours depending upon departmental and intern availability and need.

Development Intern

The intern will assist in a variety of development and fundraising-related tasks including research, writing, data collection, donor communication, gift processing, and event planning.

Marketing & Communications Intern

The intern will assist with writing blog posts and press releases, maintaining a press contact list, coordinating media sponsorships strategy, and producing social media content and copy writing.

Visual Communications Intern

The intern will assist marketing & digital media staff in creating graphics and images for digital and print distribution as assigned.

Special Events Intern

The student will assist in the preparation of St. Louis Public Radio events including planning, set-up, execution, and breakdown.

News Intern

The intern will learn valuable broadcast and recording skills, attend press conferences, upload news stories, conduct interviews, and may be asked to assist anchors in producing newscasts.

Production Intern

The intern will assist in content and audio production for St. Louis Public Radio’s daily talk show, St. Louis on the Air.
