St. Charles, MO – The developer Whittaker Builders wants to build a half-billion dollar community in St. Charles County that promises to be the largest subdivision in the St. Louis region.
The project is billed as new kind of urban design, featuring a densely built community with shops, parks, and other amenities within walking distance of all,its residents.
Dubbed 'New Town' in St. Charles, the project would create 3,000 housing units on 600 acres of farmland a few miles north of downtown St. Charles.
