St. Louis, MO – Former Congressman Bill Clay is the newest member of the St. Louis Walk of Fame.

A ceremony Monday marked the addition of his star to the walk along the Delmar Loop.

Clay became Missouri's first black congressman when he was elected in 1968. He had previously been a city alderman and never lost an election.

On the walk, he joins the likes of Stan Musial, Chuck Berry, and Charles Lindbergh.
