Monday: A discussion with NPR Morning Edition contributor Cokie Roberts about her new children's book highlighting some of the under recognized women who played as large a role in the founding of our nation as the men whose names are etched in history.
Tuesday: A: A discussion about new guidelines to help communities control tobacco use and addiction. The new guidelines were developed, in part, by researchers at Washington University in St. Louis; B: An effort is underway to enhance the national reputation of Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site near Collinsville, Illinois.
Wednesday: A discussion about navigating the Affordable Healthcare Act's healthcare exchanges as the March 31 deadline to apply for coverage nears.
Thursday: The new leader of the U.S. Golf Association is Thomas O’Toole, an attorney from St. Louis and graduate of Saint Louis University’s School of Law. We’ll talk with him about the future of golf’s governing body and how he seeks to introduce the game to underserved communities. We’ll also talk with two of the area’s top amateur golfers.
